Is Just Gerald Radio licensed for commercial use in my venue?
Yes. All streams on Just Gerald Radio are cleared for public performance in commercial venues. Your subscription includes the right to play the music in your venue without additional PRO licences for the music itself. We recommend confirming your local PRO obligations (PRS/PPL in the UK, ASCAP/BMI in the US) as requirements vary by territory.
Do I need to install any software or hardware?
No. Just Gerald Radio runs entirely in a web browser — on a laptop, tablet, smart TV, or any device with a modern browser and an internet connection. No app download, no hardware purchase required.
Can I use it on multiple screens in my venue?
The Essentials and Venue plans cover a single physical location. You can play on multiple devices within that location. The Multi-Venue plan covers up to 5 separate locations. For larger groups, contact us for enterprise pricing.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't subscribe, your access will end. No charge until you decide to subscribe. No credit card required to start the trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 30 days but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.
What audio quality can I expect?
Essentials streams at 128kbps. Venue and Multi-Venue plans stream at 320kbps high-fidelity audio — the same quality you'd expect from a premium home audio system.
